The hits just keep coming for our great state of Florida.  Unfortunately, the citizens of Florida are paying the price due to the lack of leadership from DeSantis and his fellow Florida Republicans.

A recent report from the U.S. Department of Labor’s Bureau of Labor Statistics showed a reduction in the national rate of inflation for 12 straight months dropping to 2.9%.  Proof that Bidenomics are helping ease the pain for those suffering to make ends meet nationwide. 

However, in some states their residents continue to struggle to make ends meet now more than ever because their state’s leadership is void of true leadership, they neglect their duties and fail to have focus on the matters that most to their constituents.  

The people of Florida are experiencing such a failure of leadership from DeSantis and the rest of the Florida GOP.  

While we deal with significant increases in the cost of living, food insecurity, rising housing costs, dwindling access to healthcare, and unsurmountable student debt, they prioritize their culture war and work to limit our individual freedoms.  They revoke a woman’s right to choose.  They further damage our already crumbling school systems. They suppress our ability to vote and attack LGBTQ+ rights.
